Robert C. Waggoner is chairman of Burrelles. Mr. Waggoner is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a former chairman of the Harvard College Visiting Committee, and former member of the Harvard Business School Visiting Committee and the Dean’s Council at the Harvard School of Public Health. A life trustee and chairman emeritus of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, Mr. Waggoner is also a founder and director of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. He holds an A.B. with honors from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Robert Iommazzo serves as president of Burrelles. He joined the company as part of his capacity as a management consulting partner in his role as managing director of Traxi. He brings more than 30 years experience in financial, operational and business consulting services. Bob’s management experience spans a variety of industries including distribution, manufacturing, real estate, fast food, casual dining and fine dining restaurants, construction, apparel, and many other sectors. He has a specialty in advising family-owned companies like Burrelles. Prior to his roles at Burrelles and Traxi, Bob served as President of Scalamandre Silks, Inc., a luxury home furnishing design and marketing company. Bob was also formerly a principal in the turnaround consulting firm of NachmanHaysBrownstein Inc. and a partner with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). Bob received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His community service includes roles on many nonprofit boards and tenure as chairman of the March of Dimes North Jersey Chapter. Bob served as an officer in the Army National Guard.
Cathy Del Colle joined what was then Burrelle’s in 1987, after having earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She started as a sales associate, specializing in fashion and higher education. The following year, she was named regional sales manager for the Washington, DC, area. Del Colle has been directly involved in client services since 1996, when she returned to the company’s headquarters in Livingston, NJ. Immediately prior to taking on her current post, she was vice president-client services. Del Colle has an extensive working knowledge of PR professionals’ monitoring needs, and has developed a close relationship with many practitioners over the years. When she worked in the nation’s capital, Del Colle sat on the board of Washington Women in Public Relations, which she also served as membership coordinator and, in 1995, as president. She remains an honorary member of that organization.
Since beginning her career with Burrelles in 1982, Becky Lawrence has worked in production, IT, training, and management positions. Her broad range of experience gives her a unique perspective and insight. She oversees all of the major production facilities and works with the various teams to help them best serve the needs of our clients.
